Amazon Personalize hat die Unterstützung für unstrukturierten Text um sechs neue Sprachen erweitert: Spanisch, Deutsch, Französisch, Portugiesisch, Chinesisch (vereinfacht und traditionell) und Japanisch. Amazon Personalize ermöglicht es Entwicklern, die Kundenbindung durch personalisierte Produkt- und Inhaltsempfehlungen zu verbessern – es sind keine ML-Kenntnisse erforderlich. Letztes Jahr hat Amazon Personalize die Unterstützung für unstrukturierten Text in englischer Sprache eingeführt, sodass Kunden die in ihren Produktbeschreibungen, Rezensionen, Filmzusammenfassungen oder anderen unstrukturierten Texten enthaltenen Informationen nutzen können, um hochrelevante Empfehlungen für Benutzer zu generieren. Amazon Personalize erweitert nun diese Unterstützung auf unstrukturierten Text in sechs neuen Sprachen, sodass Kunden mit globalen Katalogen diese Funktion nutzen können. Kunden stellen unstrukturierten Text als Teil ihres Katalogs zur Verfügung. Mithilfe modernster NLP-Techniken (Natural Language Processing) extrahiert Amazon Personalize automatisch wichtige Informationen über die Artikel und verwendet diese bei der Erstellung von Empfehlungen für Ihre Benutzer.
